Two generations, one shop on N Lombard Street.
Bridgetown Electric has served the Portland, OR Metro Area since 1994. As a family-owned business spanning two generations, we know this community’s electrical needs from the inside. We live here too, and we price the work fairly because the people who call us are the people we run into at the hardware store.
With over 30 years in the field, we’ve honed our skills in everything from quick troubleshooting to full home remodels, always putting safety first. That is also why we put a number on the jobs we do most often, on our pricing page, instead of asking you to wait for a callback to find out.
What thirty years looks like
We offer a wide array of services for residential and commercial customers.
As an authorized Generac dealer, we make sure your power stays on when you need it most. And we believe in clear pricing: we back our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty from date of service, on top of the manufacturer warranties that come with the parts themselves.

Construction Contractors Board #103824, electrical contractor #26-887C. Every job is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty from date of service, plus whatever warranty the manufacturer puts on the parts. Estimates are typically available within one to two weeks.

Residential first, commercial too
Our primary focus is residential. We handle commercial work too.
Most of our calls are homes across the Portland Metro area, but we’re also capable of handling commercial and industrial projects, and we do electrical subcontracting for other contractors.

We’ve been on N Lombard Street since 1994, across two generations of the same family, and we work with the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee on the trade side of the business. If you’re an electrician and want to talk about working with us, call the office or send an email and ask for a conversation. We don’t keep a running list of openings here, but we’re always glad to talk.
